The power of reflection and contemplation is a trademark of the leader amongst men. Whereas all men, will be forced into regret due to a unique mental system called conscience, reflection is self imposed.
This is where in lies the essence of spiritual prowess so required to lead.
Reflection makes our minds pause. This is crucial to create a momentum. It’s like giving a booster to an engine.
I prescribe one hour of reflection per day, one hour of contemplation per day.
