The real power routine

My day starts at 4am. By 7am i complete 1.5 hours of exercise, bathing, cleaning up. I work on my computer for 2 hours either planning my next venture or finishing pending consulting work, if i don’t have to take classes or chair meetings. By 10 am i have taken my brunch and gone for my first meeting. I return for a tea break and power nap if not i fit in one in my car in a parking lot somewhere on the way. Then i either start my next meetings or I go my office to continue planning for my next venture or finishing pending consulting work. I get back home by 6 pm if no further meetings. I make my cafe latte and do zumba with my son in winter or swim in summer. After dinner at 8pm , i meditate 1.5 hours in samadhi state. My day ends at 10pm.

This routine took me 1 full year to master but it is the culmination of an entire life of pursuit of the ‘real power’.

Currently i am either planning my next venture or finishing pending consulting work. It will take me another 1 year for completing both.

In the end you realize ‘real power’ comes from the simplest routine.

On holidays, i replace the times for meetings with long nap, cleaning the house, watching 3d movies at theaters with son, or taking him on outings, if he’s out, then i wander around the city either on foot or car.
