In the hiearchy and team composition of change where am I and what is my role.
It is undoubted that l have skills no one has in this current period and I have been groomed in a way like no one. All this to ensure I complete a certain task.
Even if I could I wouldnt want to know that task yet. But I cant and l dont know it.
This task could be the Current one I am doing or another one.
Like every enterprise has a hiearchy and team composition so must this task I am talking about.
I am not the helpless teacher I know
I am not the grave owner I know
I am not the daring explorer I know
I am not the acting mouthpiece I know
I am not the strict protector I know
I am not the mindless follower I know.
I am not the tireless visionary I know
What is my role then?
I am a practionner
I am a leader
I am a Commander
I am one who make things happen
I am a strategist
I am an engineer of the bridge of spirituality and management
what is my hiearchy?
I am always second man.
The heat of being the first man doesnt attract me.
