Worst customer service experience

When i signed up for my broadband internet service i never imagined what type of people i was dealing with.  The basic tenet that customers like myself live by is that, your service provider will listen to you complaint and unlike in other services, broadband in Nepal where there is so much load shedding is bound to involve many complaints. 

So i complain about the interruption of the service.  Instead the ISP guy, shouts back at me and demeaners my actions. This went on for three months until the first installement was over.  Then ISP guys asked me to pay the next installement.  I told them to first clear up the problems.  On this they just switched off the system.  A month passed by.  I went to them and told i will pay despite the bad service because i had already spent on the cable work and router. 

But the madness of this ISP was not over and he still demeanered my actions.  Where do these people learn customer service? 

According to him he is losing everymonth 36,000 rs because his customers are not paying their dues for the broadband.  I ask myself : is it a wonder?  He can’t even treat people with basic courtesy of silence, how will be be able to convince them to pay in faith? 

It is a sad story and what makes it sadder still is that this ISP doesn’t know that it is itself the cause of trouble and not the customers or even the poor cables. 

I was angry with them for treating me so bad, but more than that i feel pity that they are so blind and that life will hit them back again in one form or the other.

May no one have such a third class service provider!
