Fixing at Assumption level

As I drove back home yesterday from this management consulting work of designing and implementing a complete and unique system, culture for my client, I felt really relaxed.  The CEO and I had been struggling with an unending problem that seemed to have so many emanations like an octopus.  Finally we found the root cause was in the wrong assumptions we held. 

Having reached this point it was a downward slope of ideas. 

Now the system is ready and all problems are solved.
