I had a continuous dilemma about a relationship with a client: to demand for a raise and if not provided quit. This question did not have an answer till I answered it today myself accidently.
“Don’t bother because it is a life-long relationship and I need some of them. Let them pay as much as they want. In addition it is only a few days a year. I realize I just like to grow old with some folks as I have no associations. So let it be.”
wow. It is an answer I did not imagine yet.
