Don’t lose the war against low morale

I see these young people at work losing the edge in terms of motivation.  They just can’t hold their happiness.  It shocks me at why people allow themselves to degrade themselves being succumb by grieavances.  they they be genuine or fictituous, it is irrelevant.  Why do people allow themselves to fall in the gutters of existence that is low morale , under peformance and errors? 

IF you let your attitude slip once you might live to pick it up again. 

I am alarmed at how many people are unaware of this and let their emotions of discontent ge the best of them.
