Hit and run

I’m conducting a training series on leadership. I teach the students that leadership is among many things the ability to reward the good deeds and punish the bad deeds. But one must start from oneself. In the process the students come in front and tell one good deed that deserves Reward but nobody knew and one deed that deserves penalty but no body knew.

Among the penalty worthy deed none knew most boys aged 20 to 23 years of age said cases of hit and run. It seemed so sad that they would have to live with that memory their entire lives.

In hind sight they must be wondering what happened to that guy they hit and left. Is he alive or dead? They were young and given to much power in their bikes.
