It is a holiday today. As a management consultant I accept payment in exchange not only of designs and actions but the process of thinking on behalf of my client. Design and action are the effect of the time I am allowed to spend thinking. In turn thinking requires me to get input, produce outputs get feedback and do many experiments. All this thinkig thus creates the ultimate designs and actions that take ordinary organizations to greatness.
Most ceos dont dare to invest in management consulting fees. It is out of pride and ignorance. Many times it is because they dont have thoughts of greatness.
So this is my job: to constantly think for the client so that his organization can achieve greatness that is measurable.
Today being a holiday I put my thinking at rest. It is unusual as I am very peculiar in giving Clients full value for the high fees I take.
Today instead of client’s future I am spending time creating new realities for me.
It is just such a shame few people know how to use the mystical powers of consciousness. To me it is second nature and had always been.
Today my thoughts were directed towards understanding myself. I am again faced with questions like:
Who am I?
what is my purpose?
does cosmic intelligence exist that is guiding me?
Do I have special powers?
Am I destined for greatness?
Can I become more exemplary than Bill Gates in my contribution to the world with a unique value proposition?
These are big questions.
Today was for my soul and these questions
