How to keep your head high

Life is hard if you are don’t have a strong spirit.  Even unwillingly people around you, will cause you to feel demoralized.  And all they tried to do was to get the best deal for themselves.  Sure it was mindless but it was not necessarily malicious.  However on the receiving end, it doesn’t look that way.

Even a motivator and a giant spirit like myself has to quieten his mind by allowing by calling others oppressors and exploiters.

It is tough.  But years of meditation has allowed me to keep my head high.  My connection with the inner gyroscope, has not allowed me to lose my direction even in the darkest moments.

Being a writer and a person connected to the universal intelligence, i get glimpses of truth that keep in the right destination.

I wonder how life of people who don’t have such rapport with their higher self would be like.

Just a few days back i wrote about a problem to a fan who was not able to read my work because of some misguided calculation of the editors who did not print my work.  Finally i wrote the following thought which i think is relevant to all.

“Lose everything in life but never your self-worth.  They can them take away all the fruits of your labor but they can’t destroy your talent unless you allow yourself to be demoralized.  So kneel down and bow your head in front of your oppressor if you have to, but inside, never allow your heart to sink even a little bit.”

I guess this is how i have been successful in building an impossible career of management consulting and training in a place like Nepal, where so many have tried but have migrated to the US being unable to succeed.
