Single Enlightenment day?

I marvel in a satirical manner at those so called spiritual gurus especially when they ask their followers to celebrate their “enlightenment day”. What does that mean? How is it defined? Is it like birth or a kind of convocation day?

This idea of enlightenment day is so full of flaw that the only objective it serves is to create an impression among sheepish followers that One is special unlike them.

No. There is nothing such as enlightenment day in the spiritual realm. Enlightenment is a continuous process. There might be a beginning but there is no end. May be the end is when the soul is fully one with the supersoul. But that would take millions of years of practice and hundred thousands lives to achieve this merger in 100%.

Yes. That event when the soul merge with the supersoul at 100% then such a day would be appropriate to call enlighthment day.

But what these pseudo gurus are saying is they celebrate their enlightenment day when this merge occurs at 1%.

They might be decieving others but first they are hurting their own spiritual growth.
