Taking the path of least resistance

It was my guru/ex-boss who initiated me in this path of least resistance.  It means that say, you want go to ‘G’ but you cannot get it there.  Instead despite your most arduous effort, you are taken to ‘C’ or ‘P’.  In that case, taking the path of least resistance means that you will change your desire from ‘G’ to ‘C’ or ‘P’.  Eventually you may get to ‘G’ but that is not necessary.

To the un-initiated, this might seem a defeating principle, being a looser, indecisive, and weak.

But this principle is based on the following assumptions:

1.  Even though one might want ‘G’ at any cost, it might not be good for me from the perspective of higher self or my overall success in life

2.  ‘G’ is a choice made by mind that is influenced by external factors such as relatives, colleagues and the media

3.  ‘C’ or ‘P’ are choices made by the higher self who knows one much better

4.  it is better to follow the higher self than the ego

5.  ‘C’ or ‘P’ are not really your choice, they are options chosen for you by the higher self.  Nobody really goes and find ‘C’ or ‘P’, it is they who come and find us.

6.  Taking the path of least resistance is not equivalent to taking the easiest path.  The former (‘C’ or ‘P’ )can be still harder than ‘G’.

7.  The path of least resitance can be percieved by fine tuning to higher levels of vibration through contemplation, prayer , meditation, sleep, relaxation, sense of surrender.

So, if you can agree to these  7 assumptions then you too can be initated into ‘Taking the path of least resistance’.

Believe me, once you taken this path, you will never take any other path, no matter how luring.  At this spiritual/mental state you are one with your higher self.  It is like being safe in the womb of the creator.  It is a magical way to live.  You should try it.
