Where do I stand in life? One that is so unique. Why do I bother with other people ‘s dreams? Why don’t I settle down in one single organization? Why do I take responsiblity of other people’s success?
Why do I accept the role Of a ONE- DAY CEO with all its pressure but not it s perks? Why do I care for the long term sustainabitity of the Company? Why do I care that employees are happy that they find ways to rise taking the Company along?
Why do I see small things that can destroy the Ceo’s visions ? Why don’t just lay and do nothing about what I see since it is not my job ? Why am I so excited to help people ?
Why is my dream so different? Why not aim just to start a company and be done with it? In this way I would make only my company successful and leave all else. But this is not my path.
I don’t know. I follow my spirit. It has taken me here Sofar. Let us see where it where it will take me from here.
