What do you see when close your eyes in the middle of the day? Most people see too many jumbled up things that prevents them from answering promptly. Other people aren’t used to zooming in to thoughts like we would on our digital cameras. Still others cannot be honest to themselves enough to admit what they are seeing because it is shocking and they are afraid others would see. In which category do you fall into? Now you’ll ask me , “what’s the benefit of doing this exercise?” It will give you an assessment of what you are running towards or away from. In this way you will be able to determine whether the point you are putting your mental energy is getting all the energy or not. It thus is like scanning you mind for virus. In case the point you have put your mind at work does not coincide with what you see in your mind, work hard to keep concentrated. If not and you leave your mind work on its own, it won’t achieve the target you set. Let your willpower fight the intrusion in the thought process. It will cause very high level of efficiency.
