Talking with my tenant has become a great pass-time lately. He is an budding entrepreneur from the narrow minded life of an computer graphic artist. I have found enjoyment in talking to him and coaching him on the way. This is how a ceo coaching goes on. I miss these sessions I used to have before with my clients.
I have grown up now and have become less rigid or so open after reading so many books since I quit the coaching circuit.
I want to get back into ceo coaching. I know it is hard for the top boss to get coached but it is the future for them and me. May be I am delusional. Which CEO will engage me in Nepal? It is place where these top bosses have so much to hide, are so arrogant and there have so many people to drink with to vent off.
But I am hopeful.
