Wearing a dhoti that is orange or white, living in an asram or monastery, using Vocabulary from scriptures, not being directly involved in earning money and depending on others: this lifestyle of the one aspiring enlightenment or liberation is outdated. It made sense in the past but now , not only doesnt it work but it degrades one further down.

The new and correct lifestyle is the profit-making organization as the replacement of asrams and monasteries. Rightly now they should be called value-adding organization.

It Is profitable to have honest and enlightened employees working as a team rather than greedy and illusioned ones. It is scary at first but only if the CEO chooses darkness over light.

Such an enlightened unit will be the future of both work and religion.

Civilization will eventually drop the old concept of workplace and place of peace as separate entities. It is radical and even may threaten guardians of the old concepts. But this change in concept can’t be stopped.
