Swimming was a luxury in my child hood. I mastered the sport in Singapore where it was cheaper than a cup of tea.
After 2004 i thought I’d never be able to swim daily like i did there. 2016 that’s 12 years later, i realised i had become “rich enough ” to swim daily.
People go play golf . Me- you’ll find me at the pool in the afternoon. I’m the morning I’m in my home gym. At night in my samadhi.
I’m got it covered for my body soul and mind.
Swimming to me is a time to wrapped in the hands of a masseur with the softest hands. It feels divinely relaxing.
Swimming is a sport that keeps you totally alone and soundless under water.
It has healing power.
Being weightless for one hour a day is good on all the body joints too. Moving like a fish is tentalizing.
