Leadership is nothing but a process:
1. have an idea or vision
2. have a burning desire to materialize this idea or vision
3. volunteer to make this vision come true
4. using various techniques inspire others to assist you in making this vision take shape
5. continue till the vision becomes a reality
Whether it is a political leader, military leader, CEO, manager all have followed the over 5 steps of leaderhsip. No leadership happens if one doens’t follow the five steps.Â
Every literature on leadeship can be fitted as aids to one or more of the above steps.Â
Even a 2 year old  kid with a vision to make his father play with him shows leaderhips using the above 5 steps.
