This book I’m listening to about the soul of money is helping me plan my values. How will i look at money ? What I’m going to do with it ? How I’m going to earn it ?
The writer tells things that i always thought about but couldn’t express. Like other cases it is because i don’t have enough data and the right people aren’t around.
Scarcity vs abundance vs sufficiency.
I realize i had risen above the first two and was embracing the third but was unable to give it a name.
The problem was that i have enough.
Whenever i tell this to people they have this look of incredulity. Some think I’m mad. Others think i cursed myself and doom will befall. Even bill gates is reported to have said he’d earned enough. To say is unthinkable.
I have no interest in charity. To me it is another form of spending. It took me a long time to confirm this bias of mine.
