Political leaders seem to be the prime culprit for corruption. But, have you ever thought who made them corrupt? I would say, the whole system is corrupt. Political cadres are corrupt. Businessmen are corrupt. Jurisdiction is corrupt. We, the people are corrupt. You cannot clap with only one hand.
